1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Hamza Ehsan ("Creator") for the use of backgrounds ("Assets") provided through background.supply ("Website"). By downloading or using the Assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Types of Assets

• Free Assets: Assets available without cost.

• Premium Assets: Premium Assets available for users who subscribe to the Limitless plan.

3. Grant of License

The Creator hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Assets subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

4. Permitted Uses

You are permitted to:

• Use the Assets in personal and commercial projects.

• Modify or combine the Assets with other works.

• Use the Assets in any media format.

5. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer the Assets except as specifically provided herein.

• Use the Assets in a way that competes with the Creator or the Website.

• Resell the Assets as standalone files or as part of a larger project if the Assets are not visibly changed or modified from their original form.

6. Intellectual Property

All Assets are property of CREATOR. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Assets are owned by the Creator.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Creator may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Assets.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Assets are provided "as is". The Creator makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Creator be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Assets.

10. General

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Creator concerning the use of the Assets. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Creator resides.
